Preserving
Our Military's
History
Pritzker Military Archives Center

The Pritzker Military Archives Center is a project being constructed in Somers, Wisconsin. It will house the archival collections of the Pritzker Military Museum & Library and extend its mission; to share the stories of those who have served and provide a space where both the armed forces and civilians can together understand the past, present and future of the citizen soldier.

What We Made
The purpose of this film was to provide an overview of the construction project for a virtual groundbreaking ceremony that Somers, WI residents and stakeholders could watch online. We interviewed staff members, Somers residents, government officials, and the construction teams involved with the project.
How We Did It
Over the course of three filming days, we captured the interviews and b-roll for this film. An additional day was devoted to filming cinematic aerial shots in 6K resolution of the site. The interviews and b-roll were captured with the RED Dragon 6K Cinema camera and prime lenses.
How We Delivered It
The film was released on the project website during a virtual groundbreaking event. It was also released on social media. Additional footage was supplied to local news outlets.
