Every business has a story to tell. For MisterHomes, its two principals wanted to provide a more personalized real estate experience for their clients. Matt was working for a larger real estate firm. In their branding film, he recalls the time he purchased his first home; an experience he today helps many clients through. His brother-in-law, Dominic, liked to build things and appreciated architecture. In their company branding film, they wanted potential clients to hear their story.

In one day, we filmed the entire video with our DSLR video cameras, car-mounted GoPro camera, timelapse gear, and 3-axis stabilized gimbal.

In addition to filming in the field, our post production services included motion graphics in After Effects. We animated the company logo, their sales map, and lower third titles.

We also repurposed some of the b-roll we filmed on location and edited it together to use as a video background to the company’s website.

North Harbor Tower // Property Showcase

To help with video marketing for a new Chicago property in its portfolio, HFF LP hired us to produce this video.

There was a quick turnaround on this project. We filmed everything in one day. A ground crew captured exterior and interior shots in HD (High Definition) with our DSLR camera and 3-axis gimbal, which gives us those smooth floating shots. We had a separate aerial drone video crew filming aerial footage of the property and surrounding area.

Simultaneously, we worked on a script for the property. A voiceover recorded all of his tracks and graphics were used to highlight the property’s features. We also created some tracking graphics shots in After Effects. From filming to delivery, the client received the video in four days!

RJN Group // Branding Film

RJN Group is a wastewater engineering firm that specializes in the development and rehabilitation of underground wastewater systems in municipalities around the country. Its headquarters are located in the Western Chicago suburb of Wheaton, Illinois. With locations all around the country, the firm has been a pioneer in its industry. Before reaching its 40th anniversary, we were hired to produce a branding film for the firm’s upcoming trade shows, website and social media channels. RJN Group is an employee-owned company. In this branding film, we wanted to showcase its employees and feature the company’s innovations.

We filmed all the interviews and b-roll at the firm’s Wheaton, Illinois headquarters with our DSLR cameras. We spent another day filming their crews in various towns (Joliet, Woodridge, and Wilmette). High Definition aerial drone video footage was obtained on a third day to film the firm’s Wilmette, Illinois construction site and various neighborhood b-roll. We also worked with location news stations to license news footage of floods for use in this branding film.
