Through our Chicago commercial real estate video marketing services, we produced, filmed, edited and delivered this sales video in three days! Video production included ground shots from the outside and inside of this medical office building; as well as aerial drone shots from the exterior. The commercial real estate property, located near Chicago’s iconic Lake Shore Drive, is connected to Weiss Memorial Hospital and has beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Inside the healthcare building are spacious floorplans that are ready to be built!

MisterHomes // Video Branding and Testimonials

We started planning for this testimonial video production about a year ago. MisterHomes is a real estate agency based in the Northwest Chicago suburb of Palatine, Illinois. However, they service the entire Chicago real estate market. They wanted to increase their suite of videos while educating potential clients about their real estate services.

We developed a video marketing plan that involved the video production of a real estate branding film. After that was created and posted on the company’s website, we produced a series of testimonial videos. They were filmed in Palatine, Schaumburg, and Wadsworth, Illinois over the course of two days. During pre-production, we learned more about each client’s story and really focused in on putting viewers in their shoes through the visuals we filmed and storytelling. All of the videos were edited. We also created a compilation and social media video cutdowns. The series was added to our DVD style streaming menus where a library of videos can be selected and viewed.

150 N Wacker // Real Estate Marketing Video

We were hired to produce a real estate marketing video for a commercial property in downtown Chicago. 150 N Wacker is a high-rise building along the Chicago River with commercial tenants. Because of its location along the Chicago River, we were able to capture some beautiful shots of the property. Aerial drone video was captured from many angles with the Inspire One and a licensed pilot. Ground video was captured with our Sony A7Sii High Definition video camera and 3-axis stabilized gimbal.

In post production editing, we combined all of the footage and added some graphics in After Effects along with a music track. The video was digitally delivered and will be shown to real estate investors who are interested in purchasing the property.
