Lowe’s // Helping Build Strong Communities

The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) provides affordable housing to more than 62,000 low-income families. To help with that mission, they needed a supplier who shared their vision.

Chicago Video Production

Lowe’s Home Improvement began working with the CHA to provide safe places for Chicagoans to live. Lowe’s hired us to produce a storytelling-based interview video production about this exciting new partnership.

Chicago Video Production

For this Chicago video production, we filmed for three days on the project. The first day, we filmed an interview with CHA’s CEO, Eugene Jones Jr. and an interview with a CHA resident. During the second day, we filmed a timelapse and b-roll at the Lowe’s Lincoln Park store and several CHA housing units. Both days, we filmed with our A7Sii camera. The third day was reserved for aerial drone filming . The client logged the interviews and created a script from which we edited the footage and provided to them to do a final cut and color. The video production first played at an employee meeting and was later shared on the company’s news website and social media.

540 West Madison // Commercial Real Estate Property Tour

Building architecture in downtown Chicago is fascinating. Tour buses take groups of people around the Loop and Business Districts to show people what an amazing city we have. Real estate video production showcases these amazing Chicago commercial highrise buildings.

Real estate video marketing is becoming a huge game changer for the industry. By using video production in their overall video marketing strategy, real estate brokers are now able to market their properties to a worldwide audience.

For this particular real estate video production, we used a 3-axis gimbal with our High Definition A7Sii video camera. Additional ground video came from some timelapse video as well as aerial drone video captured the property from all different angles.

We also worked with the client to develop a script that described property highlights. We worked with a custom voiceover to voice the script. Additional graphic titles were created in After Effects. Everything was combined in post production editing and delivered to the client. The video was then shared online and via other various real estate video marketing platforms.
