For the past several years, we have been filming aerial video from full-sized helicopters equipped with gyro-stabilized HD video cameras. With advances in technology, we are now able to use aerial drones, which allow us to film incredible aerial imagery at a lower cost with much better results. We have been able to implement the technology in both the live event and corporate branches of our business and the results have been stunning! We use an FAA-certified pilot and several models of drones.

MisterHomes // Real Estate Profile

Every business has a story to tell. For MisterHomes, its two principals wanted to provide a more personalized real estate experience for their clients. Matt was working for a larger real estate firm. In their branding film, he recalls the time he purchased his first home; an experience he today helps many clients through. His brother-in-law, Dominic, liked to build things and appreciated architecture. In their company branding film, they wanted potential clients to hear their story.

In one day, we filmed the entire video with our DSLR video cameras, car-mounted GoPro camera, timelapse gear, and 3-axis stabilized gimbal.

In addition to filming in the field, our post production services included motion graphics in After Effects. We animated the company logo, their sales map, and lower third titles.

We also repurposed some of the b-roll we filmed on location and edited it together to use as a video background to the company’s website.

AMA Plaza // Property Showcase

AMA Plaza is considered by many in the international architectural community to be one of the top 5 iconic buildings in Chicago. Built by internationally-renowned architect Mies van der Rohe, the property sits on a unique site along the Chicago River. To market the property to international investors, we were hired to create a showpiece that told a story about this unique tower. We filmed exteriors and interiors on the same day with our DSLR camera and 3-axis stabilized gymbal. Timelapse footage and aerial drone video was also filmed!
