True Value Foundation // Mentorship Program

The True Value Foundation is a Chicago nonprofit that was founded by the True Value Company. True Value Company employees give back to the community with mentorship and service to the Boys & Girls Clubs and United Way organizations.

We were hired to produce a series of videos about the True Value Foundation’s mentorship program with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.

We followed around the True Value Company employees as they volunteered at the Chicago nonprofit. Our crew included a Sony A7Sii camera, Ronin M, and an audio operator. Post production video services included producing the series of videos, coloring, audio mix, and editing.

Rosemont Video Production

Riverway // Rosemont Commercial Real Estate

We were hired to create this real estate video production in Rosemont, Illinois. Riverway is a mixed-use campus that is just minutes from O’Hare Airport (one of the nation’s busiest airports), Chicago trains, buses, and other ground transportation.

Because the Rosemont campus was so large, we wanted to film it from various angles in the air. With a full-sized helicopter equipped with a gyro-stabilized HD video camera, we were able to include some stunning aerial video of the property in this video production.

Within 48 hours of being hired, we had written a script, completely filmed the property from the ground and in the air, and had the script voiced with a professional voiceover! Graphics were added and tracked in After Effects.

Chicago Nonprofit animated explainer video

sharEd for Kids // Animated Explainer

sharEd is a Chicago nonprofit that makes quality learning materials and teacher training affordable in India. Their marketing team contacted us about creating a video that would visually describe what the nonprofit does for kids & schools in India. Based on their goals and content ideas, an animated video seemed like the best way to visually communicate the nonprofit’s message to its online video marketing audience.

Once the scripting phase was complete, we worked with a professional voiceover to track it. The next phase of Video production included animation. In this phase, the voiceover track was combined with music, sound effects, client-supplied home video, and the motion graphics for each scene in the video.
