RJN Group // Tutorial Videos

After we produced a branding video for RJN Group, we were hired for another video production series.

We created two videos for the wastewater engineering firm. One tutorial video explained what happens when their crews come into a neighborhood for smoke testing. If smoke testing results warrant additional inspections, it may require an in-home inspection. We produced a second video that explains to homeowners what they can expect during those visits.

We filmed the video production in Naperville and Wheaton. We also worked with the client on scripting and added a professional voiceover. All of the graphics work was completed in After Effects. The videos were closed captioned and uploaded to the firm’s YouTube channel, where hearing impaired viewers and non-English speakers could choose to watch the video with captions in 22 different languages!

Chicago Real Estate Video Marketing

150 N Wacker // Real Estate Marketing Video

We were hired to produce a real estate marketing video for a commercial property in downtown Chicago. 150 N Wacker is a high-rise building along the Chicago River with commercial tenants. Because of its location along the Chicago River, we were able to capture some beautiful shots of the property. Aerial drone video was captured from many angles with the Inspire One and a licensed pilot. Ground video was captured with our Sony A7Sii High Definition video camera and 3-axis stabilized gimbal.

In post production editing, we combined all of the footage and added some graphics in After Effects along with a music track. The video was digitally delivered and will be shown to real estate investors who are interested in purchasing the property.

How To Be Good For Santa // Crowdfunding Animated Videos

How To Be Good For Santa is an educational program that helps inspire, engage, and empower children’s behavioral competencies by helping build lifelong relationship skills and self-worth. The program teaches children how to improve their self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.

When Lauren was 7 years old, she came up with the idea of
How To Be Good For Santa. Five years later, the idea came to life! Her dad helped with designing the educational materials, printing, and everything else that goes along with marketing a business. For this video production, we produced a series of animated explainer videos that targeted various online audiences through crowdfunding, social media, and its website.

For each of the videos, a script was created. From there, we worked with a voiceover and animated each of the scenes. Sound effects and music rounded out the video production.

It’s been a labour of love for this Barrington-based father and daughter…and we were glad to have helped!
