To help with video marketing for a new Chicago property in its portfolio, HFF LP hired us to produce this video.
There was a quick turnaround on this project. We filmed everything in one day. A ground crew captured exterior and interior shots in HD (High Definition) with our DSLR camera and 3-axis gimbal, which gives us those smooth floating shots. We had a separate aerial drone video crew filming aerial footage of the property and surrounding area.
Simultaneously, we worked on a script for the property. A voiceover recorded all of his tracks and graphics were used to highlight the property’s features. We also created some tracking graphics shots in After Effects. From filming to delivery, the client received the video in four days!
