Family and friends can enjoy your event and interact with other online viewers on any platform. We will livestream a professionally produced show with broadcast quality graphics, music and video with up to 20 cameras from anywhere.

Crystal clear audio is important for audiences of any size. We’ll do a site survey at your venue to assess appropriate coverage and plot speaker delay patterns for large audience sizes.

Large LED Walls
Help everyone at your venue can see all the action on the stage. Several LED wall sizes are available, with the largest portable units at 13’x23’, allowing us to move to several locations in the same day, if needed.

Aerial Drone
Show a unique perspective of your ceremony from the air! We’ll capture live aerial video shots of your ceremony and include it in your livestream.

Graduate Name Graphics
As each graduate goes across the stage to accept their diploma or certificate, their names will appear on screen to give each graduate the recognition they deserve.

Livestream Event For Chicago Non Profit

Sue and Wes Dixon Waterfowl Refuge in Hennepin
Chicago-based Non Profit, The Wetlands Initiative, contacted Delack Media Group with a unique challenge. In conjunction with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service & the Lt. Governor of Illinois’ office, they planned to make a very historic announcement about an area of land in Hennepin, IL known as the Sue & Wes Dixon Waterfowl Refuge.

The 2,700 acre area was being designated as a “Ramsar Site”, which is one of only 34 in the U.S. These sites are known internationally as wetlands of international importance under the Ramsar Convention.

In addition to the live announcement at the Hennepin, IL site, a similar announcement was being made at the Dickson Mounds Museum. The plan was to have both sites presenting speakers and simulcasting those speeches via our internet feed. We displayed live video from some of the Dickson Mounds Museum speakers and displayed it on a 60″ LCD screen for those attending the Hennepin, IL event to see.
Chicago Webcast Video Production
Part of the challenge with this webcast was the remote nature of the event.

The site had no electrical power (we brought in a generator for power) and it also had very limited cellular coverage. We spent many hours of pre-production on the phone planning for this webcast, calling local cellular providers who serviced the remote area. Several weeks before the actual event, we did a site survey and determined the best wireless cellular provider for the event by testing various services.

After the webcast, we also edited portions of the presentation and delivered video files to the local television news stations for inclusion in their evening newscasts.

Abe’s Market Live Webcast

Abe’s Market is an online all natural/eco-friendly/organic marketplace. Sellers throughout the country are able to market their products on the Abe’s Market website, which are then sold and shipped throughout the world. Abe’s Market founders came to us with the vision of wanting to have a live webcast, where their sellers could show their products (in the environment they’re made) and interact online real-time with Abe’s Market internet shoppers.

Delack Media Group coordinated all of the technical production for the webcast, which was broadcast from a home in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. All of the sellers provided their own laptop with internet connection and video conferencing. It was fun to see how each of them were unique in their presentation. Each of the webcasts were approximately two hours in duration. During the webcast, sellers were able to interact with the two show hosts and also with the online internet audience through the Facebook chat module.

For the webcast, we created an animated motion graphics open, using their logo. Our concept was to have the Abe’s Market bear pushing the shopping cart across the screen and then empty out the “Abe’s Market Live!” titling:

In all, we produced 7 live internet streaming webcasts. It was a massive technical production with multiple live video feeds coming into the control room and then out for live internet broadcast. Abe’s Market sales increased during the webcast. The run was such a hit, the website founders have decided to continue the webcast on a frequent basis. Here’s an example of one of the segments:

After the webcast, we edited down all of the seller segments into separate clips and uploaded it to the website’s server. Each seller’s page now has their own video on the Abe’s Market website.
