Gen Andres // Sunset Ridge Country Club
We love Gen and Andres’ love story. It’s a true testament to knowing who you’re meant to marry. Gen and Andres met in Junior High. They remained friends for many years into their Freshman year of College when Andres invited Gen to his fraternity house. It was there he (as some might say) finally kissed her. They both agreed not to talk for 16 days. Then, they both dated throughout college.
Gen had an opportunity to travel to South Africa and Turkey for nine months. They were still dating and Andres told her to go. That’s when Gen’s father said he knew that Andres was right for his daughter. In his words, it was a moment Andres put Gen before himself.
Andres is a scholar and Gen a foodie. No wonder Andres chose his home country of Ecuador to propose to her. After leading her on a scavenger hunt, Andres popped the question. We love how Andres’ native Spanish language was woven into their amazing wedding ceremony. Gen and Andres, we hope you enjoy this video teaser of your beautiful day for many years to come!
